Food Safe Level One Full Day Workshop
Get Food Safe certified here in Squamish! This 8-hour course is mandatory for all industry food handlers (cooks, servers, and dishwashers). Through this course, you will learn basic microbiology, food contamination, potentially hazardous foods, dish-washing and receiving/storing techniques.
Examinations are available in Japanese, Chinese, Punjabi, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Spanish and French (Please advise on language preference at registration)
