The Cultural Cooking program has the goal of sharing a multicultural experience and connecting the Squamish multicultural diversity.
Each session, someone from our community will guide us in preparing a meal from their native country and teach us about their culture. We will help prepare the meal and enjoy music, dances, videos and history from each country.
The Hotspot and Squamish Welcome Community Centre will provide the food.
We are a not profit foundation and to cover the cost of this event, we suggest all attendees pay a minimum donation of $5 per adult and $2 per child. This donation is not mandatory but it is very essential to run this wonderful program. Thanks for understanding and hope to see you all at the Hotspot. Everyone is welcome!
This event will be held February 7th at 4 pm. Join us to make Indian food and to get involved in Indian culture. We will have options for vegetarian people. Let’s enjoy this enriching experience together!
Please, pre-register if you are interested in joining in this event at firstname.lastname@example.org
