Do you spend a lot of time in a chair? Whether you work long hours at a desk, computer or driving a vehicle, these classes will address the common aches and pains caused by sitting for extended periods of time and give you a better understanding of how to relieve and prevent them.
This 3 week session will offer simple exercises and stretches that can be done during short breaks in the day and a slower practice that can be done at the end of the day to ease tired muscles and counteract the effects of sitting. You will leave with the tools to help manage any associated discomfort on your own and into the future.
Appropriate for all bodies, no experience necessary.
Monday evenings from 5:30 – 6:45pm at The Yoga Studio (37776 2nd Ave, Squamish)
Dates: 3 weeks starting April 9th, 2018 (April 9, 16 and 23rd)
